Delivery Information

  • Get your dogs birthday cake delivered to your door safely and on time 
  • The date you have chosen from the calendar is the date your dog cake will be delivered.
  • Postage & Packaging is charged at the current Royal Mail rate for small parcels which is £4.50, and are tracked.
  • If the date you require is not available this is because we are fully booked, please choose the date nearest to your dog’s birthday and you can freeze the dog cake until the day its required.
  • Bank holidays may alter deliveries slightly, but you will always be informed.
  • If you need to change your delivery date at any time, please contact us ASAP.
  • Your order will not fit through your letter box, therefore a safe place is advisable in case you’re not home.
  • All our orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked so they are in safe hands.
  • Your order will not require a signature, so don’t worry if you will be out just be sure to leave the postie a note.
  • Whilst we endeavor to have your dog cake delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for a delay from Royal Mail.  Refunds cannot be made if delivery is attempted within 48 hours of the date chosen. Please ensure you order in plenty of time.
  • All our dog’s birthday cakes are packaged in a way they are extremely unlike to get damaged (only 3 have in 10 years, whoop)
