Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of our products — all handmade to order, personalised, and perishable — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of your expected delivery date at fetch@pupcakesdogbakery.co.uk with your order details and a photo where possible. We will always do our best to put things right.

In the event of a damaged or faulty item or anything we cant control any agreed returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery at the customer's own cost, unless the item is faulty or lost

 

Please note: We are unable to offer refunds if your dog does not enjoy their treat — though we'd love to hear their verdict! 🐾
