About Us
Pupcakes Dog Bakery is a small family-run business based in Flintshire, North Wales, specialising in handmade, made-to-order dog treats. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Ordering
- All orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Orders placed without sufficient notice will be refunded minus a £3.50 administration fee.
- Cakes may be ordered up to 12 months in advance, which we recommend to secure your preferred date.
- Orders for multiple dogs with different occasion dates must be placed as separate orders due to the shelf life of our products. If multiple cakes are ordered on one order for different dates, we will contact you to arrange payment of additional postage. Alternatively, additional cakes may be frozen.
- If any product is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative dispatch date.
Consumption & Storage
Consumption and storage guidelines vary by product and will be clearly stated on your order. As a general guide:
- Cakes should be consumed within 5–6 days of delivery, or sliced and frozen for up to 3 months
- Treats have a shelf life of 12 weeks
- Always check the product-specific guidance included with your order
- Store all products appropriately upon receipt
Payment
We accept secure payments via all major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal through our checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment, followed by a dispatch notification when your order is on its way. Your email or mobile number may be shared with Royal Mail to provide delivery updates.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at fetch@pupcakesdogbakery.co.uk and we will advise whether cancellation is still possible. Where a cancellation is not possible, no refund will be issued.
Consumer Rights
As a UK consumer you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where an error is deemed to be the fault of Pupcakes Dog Bakery, we will offer a replacement or full refund including postage within 30 days.
Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless items are faulty or lost in transit. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
Product Safety & Recall
Under the Animal By-Products Regulations, our products are tested quarterly for Salmonella and Enterobacteriaceae. In the unlikely event of a product recall, we will publish this information prominently on our website homepage and across our social media channels.
All our products are completely free from nuts, meat, and dairy.
Images
If you share images of your dog enjoying our products via email or social media, we may request your permission to use these in our marketing materials, website, or social media. We will always seek your explicit consent before doing so.
Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will never be sold or passed to third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. Royal Mail). Please see our full Privacy Policy for details.
