How we ship
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please note that all of our products are packaged to protect their contents and will not fit through a standard letterbox — please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe place is arranged.
A signature is not required upon delivery.
Shipping rates
- Cakes — £6.00
- All other products (treats, cupcakes, biscuits, lollipops etc.) — £4.55
Processing & dispatch
All of our products are handmade to order with a 2 week turnaround. Your order will be dispatched once it has been freshly made for you. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way, and Royal Mail may contact you directly with delivery updates.
UK delivery only
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery is typically within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail. Please note we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the order is with Royal Mail.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
